Join the Japanese presentation about our NIR GS image sensor and micro camera module
Recently, the development for the devices or the applied technology on image sensing is wide and rapid. ams OSRAM develops special images sensors, based on the GS technology. The GS technology is necessary for the industrial use as there is no shutter artifact in the GS image sensors. The ams OSRAM GS image sensors are widely used for the industrial or scientific usage. The NIR GS image sensors have high sensitivity at 940nm and the wide application is expected such as the 3D recognition, the industrial robot/cobot, the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) or the automotive ICS (In-Cabin Sensing).
