iAQ-Core P

The iAQ-core indoor air quality module is a low-cost, ultra compact solution for detecting poor air quality. This module uses micro-machined metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) technology to detect a broad range of VOCs while correlating directly with CO2 and TVOC levels in the room.

CCS811

CCS811 is a low-power digital gas sensor solution, which integrates a gas sensor solution for detecting low levels of VOCs typically found indoors, with a microcontroller unit (MCU) and an Analog-to-Digital converter to monitor the local environment and provide an indication of the indoor air quality via an equivalent CO2 or TVOC output over a standard I2C digital interface.

AS-MLV-P2

The AS-MLV-P2 high-performance sensor component is highly sensitive to volatile organic compounds for superior monitoring of indoor air quality. Produced using a combination of thin-film, thick-film and other patent pending proprietary technologies. The AS-MLV-P2 component is available in a package with ultimate design efficiency. The heater and inter-digital electrode structures are placed on an approximately one micrometer thin LPCVD silicon nitride membrane to achieve the lowest possible power consumption.

AS6200

The AS6200 is a complete digital sensor system. It offers a unique combination of ultra-low power consumption, small form factor and high accuracy. The AS6200 provides a fully calibrated and linearized sensor system that can easily be accessed via an I²C interface. It provides a resolution of 12-bit over the full temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The integrated alarm functionality enables micro controller wake-up calls on defined temperature thresholds. An internal voltage regulator enables stable accuracy independent of the supply voltage between 1.8 to 3.6V. For power sensitive applications, the device can enter a low-power wait state with 0.1μA current consumption.

AS6200C

The AS6200C is a complete digital sensor system designed to fulfill the challenges of cold chain applications in storage and transportation. It is very well suited for data loggers complying with EN12830:1999 class 1 standard as well as enriching the performance of domestic and commercial refrigerators. The AS6200C provides a fully calibrated and linearized sensor system that can easily be accessed via an I²C interface. It provides a resolution of 12-bit with its highest accuracy of ±0.2°C from +20°C to -10°C. The integrated alarm functionality enables micro controller wake up calls on defined temperature thresholds. An internal voltage regulator enables stable accuracy independent of the supply voltage between 1.8 to 3.6V. For power sensitive applications, the device can enter a low-power wait state with 0.1μA current consumption.
