  • PhD student





  • PhD Research on new ADC architectures for ultra low power high resolution ADCs for novel spectral and smart health sensors
  • PhD Research on advanced optical sensors architectures for smart health sensors, including active rejection and compensation of unwanted signal components using high performance analog and mixed signal IC architectures
  • PhD Research on audio, smart health, spectral sensing on the smart sensor SoC
  • PhD Research & development of high performance analog / mixed-signal architectures & circuits from initial concept through prototype approval
  • Creative problem solver, able to generate new IP and file patents


  • Master’s or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering or microelectronics with initial experience – with an emphasis in analog /digital / mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design or a similar specialty
  • Cadence Analog Design Environment (ADE-L/ADEXL/Maestro)
  • Experience with Cadence AMS Designer and modelling in System Verilog and developing behavioral models of mixed signal Systems is benefit
  • Experience in sigma delta ADCs is advantageous
  • Calm professional demeanor and excellent listening skills, ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Good communication skills in oral and written English and German
