Product Technical Support Engineer – HW / SW (m/f/d)




Research & Development


  • Regular Fulltime





  • Technical support interface (HW/SW/Optics) for Marketing, Product Management, FAE, FSE and customers
  • Drafting application notes, articles and presentations
  • Setup of product presentations and training for customers and internal staff
  • Performance analysis of ams and competitive products
  • Support Marketing, Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Working with international and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback and working closely with customers and FAEs to resolve technical challenges
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies
  • Flexible working time and international travel (up to 15%) readiness


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded systems, Software Engineering or related technical field of study
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Self-starter, and self-sufficient in problem solving and accomplishing tasks
  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience in design of PCBs is a plus
  • Experienced at testing and characterization in an electronics lab is a plus
  • Basic experience in optical systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and software is a plus
  • Experience with ARM based processors is a plus
  • Experience with customer interface is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
