If you are travelling by car you are welcome to using the Rilano underground garage, entrance to the right in Alfred-Arndt-Strasse. Daily fee is EUR 16.
Hotel reservations
If you need a hotel accommodation: we have blocked a contingent of rooms at the Rilano hotel and the StarInn. Please contact Federica.Palermo@ams.com and Sandra.Raab@ams.com for further assistance. Rooms will be booked at a first-come-first-served basis. The contingent expires August 15th, 2019.
Travelling by train
From Main Station
From the main station any S-Bahn rides to Marienplatz. Change there to the U6 direction "Garching-Hochbrück". Get off at the stop "Alte Heide" (Exit Domagkstrasse). Follow the road for about 50 meters and go left into Domagkstrasse. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk to the Domagkstrasse road on the left side.
From Airport - Alternative 1
Take the Lufthansa airport shuttle Munich Schwabing / Hauptbahnhof to the stop "Schwabing Nordfriedhof". Change here to the Underground U6 direction "Klinikum Grosshadern" - go one stop to "Alte Heide". Take the exit "Domagkstrasse". Follow the road for 50 meters and go left into Domagkstrasse . After a 5-10 minutes walk the hotel is located to your left.
From Airport - Alternative 2
Take the S8 towards Munich. At the Station "Marienplatz" change to the Underground U6 direction "Garching-Hochbrück" or Underground U3 direction "Moosach". Get off at the stop "Münchner Freiheit". Here you change to the tram 23 direction Schwabing-Nord. At the stop "Domagkstrasse" get off. After about 200 meters the hotel is located on your right.

From the Rilano hotel to the Oktoberfest at Theresienwiese, Munich
We have a bus transfer arranged leaving the hotel at 5pm. Pls be at the reception in time.
Alternatively we recommend public transportation. From the Rilano hotel, walk to the Underground Station “Alte Heide”, take underground U6 direction "Klinikum Grosshadern", take the exit "Goetheplatz". Follow the “crowd” to Theresienwiese.
