Your tasks and responsibilities

• Specialist in SAP, responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, support of the SAP area and provides alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality
• Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs
• Support the local logistic organization during bug fixes in Logistic System issue. Coordinate bug fixes with other departments
• Collaborations in evaluation / rollout of new packaging methods / materials. Collaborate in integration / UAT tests
• Lead/Support rollout of process changes, bug fixes, enhancements, etc. within the functional area Logistics. Documentation of processes (SIPOC, RACI) and preparation of training manuals
• Assist in Training activities worldwide (Class room, webinar). Support the local logistic organization in analyzing complaints (internal / external), defining / implementing corrective actions
• Manage warehouse processes and systems (internal & external) at our production sites worldwide in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Monitor adherence to specified processes and perform internal on-site audits. Provide data for other departments / Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Your education and experiences

• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred in Logistics-Activities
• Knowledge & experiences in SAP, Modules Material Management / Logistics Execution / Sales & Distribution / Warehouse Management (WM), Handling Unit Management
• Knowledge in project management will be an added advantage
• Familiar with SAP customizing (MM;WM;SD)
• Basic Knowledge in business process notation
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is required
