Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for Grinding/Lapping/Polishing process development for new product
• Create process flows with defined process specifications
• Establish and improve process condition and technology, Set up process parameters of equipment
• Continuous follow up and improve reaction mechanisms and procedures for process control conditions
• Identify training needs and prepare training materials for production trainers and operators
• Monitor process on a regular basis of process behavior and prospectively identify process issues
• Support manufacturing line on all process related issue by providing engineering dispositions
• Prepares reports (Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) to report status, results, and progress of CIP projects for top management during meetings

Your education and experiences

• Degree in Electrical / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years exposure to Semiconductor field
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in grinding, lapping and polishing process
• In-depth understanding of interaction between chemical (slurry, surfactant, polishing pad) vs. glass material with respect to current product CTQ (surface flatness, roughness)
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast pace manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
