Your tasks and responsibilities

• Driving the Infrared illumination solutions portfolio for ARVR wearables: defining the product line strategy and building the product roadmap
• Understand target customers (Tier-1s and OEMs) & application requirements and defining winning products (value proposition, product specification, cost target, demo requirements)
• Coordination between Marketing, Program Management, R&D and Operations during project execution (e.g. handling trade-offs)
• Driving competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Scouting new technologies and consolidating technology trends
• Driving product innovation and deployment of IP developments
• Defining product launch plans and drive product roadshows
• Creating technical product collateral (datasheet, application notes, etc.)
• Supporting sales and customer product training

Your education and experiences

• Technical education (Physics or Engineering) with good background on Optoelectronics and VCSEL
• Min. 5 years experience in Product Management/Applications/Systems Engineering for HW/SW systems
• Expertise in ARVR wearables eye tracking & 3D camera HW system
• Experience with ARVR customers and systems advantageous.
• Able to work in a dynamic and emerging market with flexibility
• Customer orientated personality and readiness for travel (~20%)
