What we offer:

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinates the design and sourcing of biased Life Test HW Boards (e.g. HTOL) for innovative Integrated Circuits and Optical products in various packages, satisfying product requirements
  • Generates and releases the stress set-ups including programming on the reliability equipment (various drivers)
  • Coordinates with external partners (e.g. design and manufacturing of HW) and with cross functional product teams
  • Executes and coordinates reliability qualification for our innovative products within our Reliability Laboratories
  • Performs sustaining work on laboratory equipment and tools, typically environmental chambers and bench equipment
  • Documents the set-up development steps and the progress of reliability activities within our systems
  • Participates in continuous improvement of procedures and tools

Your education and experiences

  • Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar (Bachelor / Master)
  • Job experience 3 to 5 years
  • Basic know how in PCB circuit design and layouting
  • Know how in IC basic blocks and functionality
  • Know how in programing (e.g. C language) including IC interface communication (e.g. I2C, SPI)
  • Ability to troubleshoot stress test program (SW) and PCB hardware set-up (HW)
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to interact with cross functional and international team members
  • Knowledge in Product Reliability and Industiral/Automotive standards is appreciated
  • Experience in semiconductor industry is appreciated
  • English and German spoken and written
