Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment (lithography track, stepper, aligner and furnaces) to keep downtime to a minimum.
  • Develop competencies and skills for the maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiency
  • Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with health, safety, and environmental
  • To plan, coordinate, and implement shift maintenance activities by working with different parties to support production needs and to meet company KPI
  • Support production need determine by your supervisor
  • Ensure the production equipment is in control and quality of the product meets expectations Implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance program
  • Monitor equipment performance key indicators and set goals and drive the team to meet expectations
  • Provide necessary production support Establish indirect spare inventory system for key equipment
  • Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects
  • Establish with the team to work on continuous improvement projects align to the organization objective
  • Implement productivity improvement programs
  • Reduce cost through continuous cost reduction effort Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs Monitor spare cost and drive down liabilities of spare inventories
  • Responsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activities

Your education and experiences

  • Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering with minimum 3 years industrial experience in direct Wafer FAB equipment maintenance
  • Diploma, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering with minimum 5 years industrial experience in direct Wafer FAB equipment maintenance
  • Experience in semiconductor Lithography/ Furnace tools.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership skill to lead an engineering team in equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, and maintenance Independent, resourceful, and initiative
