Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to; research, sourcing (cold-calling), pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, referencing, offer negotiation and placement management for all levels within Technology & Manufacturing.
  • Build strong internal relationships: Collaborate with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics & talent maps for difficult searches.
  • Develop external relationships: Build and maintain critical role candidate pipelines and present findings to key Hiring Managers and People Business Partners. Attend networking events and learning seminars to develop strong pipelines while developing a strong presence.
  • Maintain top results and strive for excellence: Always meet or exceed recruiting metrics set out for the department. Ensure the consistent hiring of diverse top talent.
  • Identify Opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and realization of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals.
  • Exhibits a passion for growth: Participate in professional development activities to gain new skills and bring new insights to the team, striving to grow your career at amsOSRAM!

Your education and experiences

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition specifically recruiting for technology
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems
