What we offer:

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Defines and executes marketing activities of released and upcoming products
  • Ensures achievement of annual revenue and design win targets and maximizes product margins
  • Provides monthly revenue 6Q forecast on customer & product level and annual budgeting
  • Maintains price book for sales team & distributors and provides quotes to customers
  • Conducts opportunity management of commercial opportunity projects at customers
  • Creates and executes marketing plans, campaigns and new initiatives, and provides metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact
  • Maintains marketing materials created incl. fighting guides, fact sheets, product webinars
  • Creates generic marketing materials incl. presentations, press releases, online promotion, application webinars
  • Creating marketing communications strategy and plan for one calendar year in advance (collaborating closely with MarCom team)
  • Support strategic alliances and partnerships in cooperation with sales teams across regions and accounts
  • Assesses end-of-life product announcements
  • Plans and supports presence at tradeshows and tech days
  • Performs competition benchmarking: revenue, pricing, features & functions
  • Pro-actively provides product, market and ecosystem insights to steer new product development
  • Interfaces with demand management for production planning

Your education and experiences

  • University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Appr. 10 years of working experience of which >5 years in (semiconductor) marketing
  • Experience in 1 or multiple of end-markets for consumer, industrial and automotive applications
  • Streetwise, commercially savvy, resilient, taking initiative, self-starter, enthusiasm and drive
  • Well organized, finishing/completing/closing mentality
  • Ability to act in a multidisciplinary environment and work with virtual teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; excellent proficiency in English
  • Flexible in travelling (up to 30%)
