What we offer:

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and drive new VCSEL development life cycle from product prototyping to mass production, following internal product development process & procedure
  • Technical project lead to define and develop entire wafer fab integration flow for new VCSEL product by leading a cross functional team (process, QA, PM, supply chain, production, quality, IT) to ensure on time completion of new product development
  • Support the VCSEL device mask tape out
  • Plan micro build schedule and DOE for each engineering build & track build status
  • Track major issues during development; work with various engineering team (process, test, FA etc.) to identify root cause & implement corrective action
  • Product characterization and testing data analysis
  • Prepare product specific document (process control plan, DFMEA and PFMEA, POR track, BOM etc.)
  • Support & handle communication with customer on product development specific topics (engineering build status review, major issue review etc.)
  • Support supplier development for outsourced processes

Your education and experiences

  • Experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing and process integration is must; knowledge in III-V opto-electronics product structure & processes is preferred
  • Experience in technology and product development for semiconductor devices; experience in product development for automotive industry will be added advantage
  • Candidate with product testing and product engineering experience is highly welcome
  • Knowledge on semiconductor device physics and fabrication process.
  • Knowledge on the SPC, DOE, control plan, FMEA Capability to review mask drawing is a must; hands on mask layout drawing skills are preferred
  • Familiar with device failure analysis.Good at data analysis with JMP/Minitab
  • Good & systematic problem solving skills.Project management skill
