• • Improve Test Program Stability and Yield
• • Test hardware and software upgrades to enable higher multisite test
• • Platform Transfer of Test Hardware and Test Programs
• • Ramp up support on new products
• • Documentation on changes/release of test programs
• • Tight cooperation with BL Test Development/Design and Operations team

Your education and experiences

• • BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or equivalent
• Deep knowledge on semiconductor Test and IC manufacturing
• • Test Development background
• • Familiar with automated test equipment from COHU (X-series, DMX)
• • Familiar with COHU test software Envision & Unison
• • Fluently in English
• • Basic knowledge in mechanical engineering
• • Team player
