Your tasks and responsibilities

  • perform active Stakeholder Management with focus but not limited to M&A, Legal, Finance and Tax functions as well as to nominated project sponsor, Steering Committee and key players
  • structure and plan project in regards of roles, resources, budget, scope & objectives, interdependencies and timelines towards achieving the targets
  • responsible to lead projects in regards of team - scope fullfillment - time - budget
  • Prepare IT book / KIP for the integration / carve out
  • support to consult the strategic program / project sponsor in planning & initializing the overall project structure
  • project controlling reg. quality - cost - time - target fullfillment and actively perform risk mitigation
  • prepare and lead decision making processes within project team as well as with Steering Committee
  • Responsible in the project for IT related SLA/TSA creation and alignment between involved stakeholders
  • Support the negotiation wiht the M&A partner and suppliers

Your education and experiences

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable studies
  • > 3 years experience in managing complex international projects related to integrations and Carve outs (M&A)
  • > 5 years experience in managing mid-size international project across various functions
  • > 5 years experience in IT applications environment , comprehensive understanding of IT Architecture Landscape, core applications such as SAP and Core Processes such as Finance-Accounting-Tax-Legal-Procurement-Operations-HR
  • overarching experience in core business processes, value streams and IT applications in an international context
  • Strong Leadership capability by motivating and developing project team members so as to achieve given targets also in a challenging environment
  • profound in communicating and collaborating different hierarchical level
  • act as trustable partner in international teams
  • willingness to travel, also ad-hoc
