Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and own segment strategy with focus on key growth areas and opportunity pipeline creation
  • Define value proposition and be the subject matter expert (SME) on segments and applications
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize gross margins within segment
  • Be the Voice-of-the-customer (VOC): Identify customer problem, needs and requirements for solutions
  • Provide communication management between Sales and Product Management
  • Identify market and customer needs; work with Product Management to drive business cases for new product development and roadmaps
  • Lead, manage and execute launch activities of new product introductions in close co-operation with Global Sales and Product Management
  • Establish and drive key third-party partnerships and ecosystem to increase product portfolio value
  • Lead Marcom activities supporting our product portfolio, trade shows, customer engagements, and press releases
  • Develop and execute G2M strategies for segments
  • Drive product forecasts within assigned segments, both LTP and short-term demand outlook, and the opportunity funnel
  • Define and manage the sales channel for the market segment in cooperation with Global Sales team
  • Propose strategic alliances and major projects together with Global Sales Teams
  • Manage request of business enablers (eval kits, demos)

Your education and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in technical discipline
  • MBA preferred
  • Semiconductor or engineering/bio-medical background required
  • Years of Product Marketing and/or technical experience – 10+
  • Background in Mobile Consumer and/or Medical markets preferred
  • Proven Leadership track record with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Contract management/negotiation preferred
  • Problem solving methodologies and tools
  • Market/Application knowledge
  • Technical product knowledge
