Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Participate in customer review meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans
  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customer issues, help to provide solutions, obtain and share customer intelligence with Sales
  • Trusted advisor for customers, Sales and Operations for any customer supply related matter
  • Proactive Order Management/ support OTC
  • Monitor customer forecast and order book, push customer to pull in and load enough order to cover their demand
  • Act as intermediary between Sales, Customer and BL to ensure orders are placed on time and delivery schedules can be secured
  • Provide assistance to Sales (backlog reports, statistics and similar)
  • Grow in line with the tasks

Your education and experiences

  • Commercial education or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer support principles and practices (customer orientation)
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS-Office, SAP, etc.)
  • Good sense of economic issues and understanding of processes
  • Good command of English
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to the challenging position, ability to work independently and as part of a team
