Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Team Management: • Support, strengthen and lead the team in the region • Provide guidance, be the first contact person for any kind of queries • Solve problems, make competent decisions and manage the team wisely in order to achieve maximum results • Prepare and analyze Regional Reports • Conduct yearly Performance Management Meetings • Report to Sen.Manager Customer Service
  • Customer Bonding: • Communicate with customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries • Participate in customer review meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans • Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer relationships
  • Supply Chain Coordinator • Understand customer issues, help to provide solutions, obtain and share customer intelligence with Sales • Trusted advisor for customers, Sales and Operations for any customer supply related matter
  • Proactive Order Management • Monitor customer order book • Act as intermediary between Sales, Customer and BL to ensure orders are placed on time and delivery schedules can be secured • Closely follow-up on critical shipments • Support the OTC process
  • Crossfunctional Cooperation • Close cooperation with all relevant departments and colleagues (Account Management, BL Operations, Logistics, Finance, …)

Your education and experiences

  • Excellent knowledge of customer support principles and practices (>3 years of practical experience)
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP, MS-Office, etc.)
  • Experience in logistical activities/business processes in the Semiconductor Industry
  • Great sense of economic issues
  • Very good command of English language
  • Project Management skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Commitment to the challenging position, ability to work independently and as part of a team
