Your tasks and responsibilities

• Understand the test plan and test requirements
• Review test data and perform retest if necessary
• Preparation of samples and execution of reliability tests
• Responsible for reliability testing for products and technologies (Qualification testing, ORT, monitoring, special investigations, electrical testing, full documentation)
• Training operators in electrical testing of devices
• Assist engineer to manage lab operations, test schedule and lab resource planning
• Development of best practices regarding reliability testing
• Maintenance and sustaining work on laboratory tools and equipment, typically lab test equipment and environmental test chambers
• Continuous improvement of Reliability Test Procedures and Tools

Your education and experiences

• Diploma or equivalent years of experience in engineering
• Preferably with knowledge of reliability testing, can use MS excel for data tabulation and analysis
• Preferably with experience in a laboratory testing facility
• Preferably with knowledge of use of testers and microscopes
