Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the project for module development and drive it to high volume production.
• Lead the engineering activities while working together with internal and also other cross functional teams in the development of illuminators and dot projector packages and successfully transfer to NPI for preparation of volume production.
• Manage and execute against projects and delivery commitments
• Manage day-to-day activities of product development team
• Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, includes optical, electrical and mechanical assessment
• PCP/200 liner, Defect catalog generation
• BOM creation, DOE planning & execution
• Responsible for product performance analysis with includes but not limited to data analysis, technical fault finding and problem solving, FACA, yield, MIL tracking and closing
• Drive teams to resolve any prototype build hiccups through complex root-cause analysis to identify possible root causes and corresponding corrective actions/ solutions
• Working with internal team, NPI and OSAT partners to bring product from development to volume production ensuring proper handover
• Continuously improve package technology to achieve time, quality and cost target

Your education and experiences

• University degree in Electronics/Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Materials Science, Optics, Engineering, or related fields
• Professional experience in sensor packaging and/or optical engineering is a benefit but not a requirement
• at least 5 & 7 years respectively of working experience in similar and/or any technical field
• Good understanding of DFM, statistical analysis, process control, design of experiments and engineering developmental methodology.
• Knowledge of optical science and its metrology is a plus
• Knowledge of Python, VB and Microsoft Macro Scripting, Optical Sensor Functionality & Characterization, Electrical and electronics & ASIC Functionality will be a plus
