Your tasks and responsibilities

• Streamline and drive processes standardization and continuous improvement to effectively support the operating plan and allow optimizing execution to plan
• Negotiate and secure capacity requirement with OSAT to ensure support to business change dynamic. Including any off S&OP cycle demand changes support required
• Ensure system capacity accuracy to actual external manufacturing commit
• Drive OSAT & FSO KPI and ensure supply deliveries to commitment
• Accountability to AMS own inventories accuracy in subcon location
• Participating in annual audit at subcontractor, Supplier Rating and Business Review Meeting
• Lead and continuous team development to achieve operational efficiency on OSAT/FSO management

Your education and experiences

• More than 8 years of working experience in OSAT / Manufacturing environment
• Ability to comfortably interact with people from various cultural backgrounds
• Experience in Process improvement implementation
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Relevant industry experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution would be highly beneficial
• Degree Holder
