Your tasks and responsibilities

  • As part of our successful team in EMEA this position reports directly to the EMEA Sales Director and includes, but is not limited, to the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Technical promotion (presentation/demonstration) of Industrial Medical and Consumer portfolio
  • Identify customer’s upcoming needs and product requirement for new product proposal
  • Specification of reference app’s for target markets including system architectures, circuits and components
  • Performance analysis of own and competitive products including evaluation reports
  • Work closely with sales team on new account development and expand the ams product base at fast growing direct and distribution accounts across EMEA
  • Support selected distribution/rep FAEs & FSEs including technical training and customer applications support
  • Identify applications and create application block diagram for ams products
  • Work closely with sales team on new account development and expand the ams product base at existing accounts
  • Contribute to the definition of new products through the ams New Product Proposal Process
  • Working closely with the business units, sales teams, distributors and customers, the role includes proactive support of customer design engineers and help sales drive design win

Your education and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a four-year University- BSEE, or local equivalent
  • At least 3 years of electronic / semiconductor experience of working in an international company
  • Technical experience and proven track records for sensor integration in Industrial, Medical and Consumer market
  • High initiative, self-motivation and ambitious attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
  • Highly flexible, extrovert character, inspiring and motivating
  • Willing to work in international teams and travel across EMEA
  • Work closely with customers and travel to various locations for customer meetings to get the Design Win into the targeted programs
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
