Your tasks and responsibilities

• Working closely with external vendors and other departments to ensure all instruments are calibrated and management of Measurement system analysis
• Required to work with various parties to ensure in process quality issues are addressed
• Play a team leader role in managing a team of operators
• Calibration Management to support measurement instruments used for product measurement. This includes liaise with external vendors and other departments
• Management of Measurement system analysis
• Perform inspection and audit of in line manufacturing processes in cleanroom with Quality specifications, ISO9001
• Manage in process quality control data, monitor and report
• Interact and co-ordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues
• Perform physical Nonconforming Material segregation and disposition per approved instruction

Your education and experiences

• ITE/ Diploma qualification
• Calibration/ Semiconductor background
• In Process manufacturing audit background in semiconductor field
• Certified in ISO9001/ IATF16949
