Your tasks and responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems.
• Assist to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance to the regulatory requirements
• Support the effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing supervision and managing their performance
• Attend to all emergency on and off hours, to provide a timely response to incidents as they arise and assist in emergency management and contingency planning
• Participate and assist in all internal and external audits
• Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
• Carry out cost saving and sustainability initiatives
• Formulate and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of system
• Ensure plant drawings, data and other appropriate documentation are generated and properly filed for future reference and review
• Comply with all Environment Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and procedures

Your education and experiences

• Degree or Diploma holders in an Engineering discipline with 5 to 8 years’ experience
• Experienced in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office skills
• Must be proactive and be a self-starter
