• Lead and manage Final test and Finishing Production Operations
• Plan and execute production target
• Manage Daily output and delivery schedule
• Manage WIP inventory across different stages to meet cycle time target
• Drive for cycle time, test efficiency, Utilization, productivity improvement

Your education and experiences

• B.S. Degree in Engineering
• 15 years experience 5 years of which is holding management position in a semiconductor environment
• Strong foundation in Semiconductor Testing and Back-end Operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly Motivated and self driven individual
