Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Controlling and reporting of all customer quality engineering related documents and topics
  • Ensure full compliant to all customer standards and procedures
  • Work closely with customer to fully understand their business from a quality perspective
  • Oversee RMA process and aggressively drive to minimize RMA cycle time
  • Lead and Drive cross functional technical teams to identify containment and determine root cause for Customer issues
  • Resolve complex issues through in-depth data mining, hands on tech

Your education and experiences

  • Degree Master Engineering in Electronic Engineering, Physics or Material Sciences
  • Several years experience in Semiconductor Industry (Product- / Process-Reliability and Failure Analysis)
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Good English: spoken and written
  • Experience in test and failure analysis of integrated circuits
  • Familiar with FMEA's, RMA-processing and 8D-reporting
  • Quality Management know-how (ISO TS16949 and QS9000 Quality Standards)
  • Willing to work in international
