Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Streamline and drive processes standardization and continuous improvement to effectively support the operating plan and allow optimizing execution to plan.
  • Negotiate and secure capacity requirement with OSAT to ensure support to business change dynamic. Including any off S&OP cycle demand changes support required
  • Ensure system capacity accuracy to actual external manufacturing commit
  • Drive OSAT & FSO KPI and ensure supply deliveries to commitment
  • Business Lead in support to NPI, System & process improvement initiatives/projects
  • Accountability to ams own inventories accuracy in Subcon location
  • Plan and execute the transfer of packages from In-house to Subcon and vice versa
  • Work strategically with organization to align business continuity planning with Subcon on dual packages
  • Participating in annual audit at subcontractor, Supplier Rating and Business Review Meeting

Your education and experiences

  • More than 10 years of working experience in OSAT / Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to comfortably interact with people from various cultural backgrounds
  • Self starter with the ability to work autonomously and hands-on individual
  • Experience in Process improvement implementation
  • Thrive in a constantly changing, agile environment
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Relevant industry experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution would be highly beneficial
