Your tasks and responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Talent Specialist that focus on managing end-to-end recruitment for indirect labor in ams. This role will be responsible in recruiting and maintaining talent pipeline in a highly dynamic global environment that aligns with ams Core Values while continually promoting a positive image of ams employer brand.
  • Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment function such as drafting and posting of job advertisement, conducting interviews, shortlisting of candidates, interview arrangements and preparation of salary packages etc.
  • Responsible for hiring a diverse range of positions ranging from technical role to management role
  • Responsible for metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost of Hire, Source of Hire, Quality of Hire, Application Conversion Rate etc
  • Recommend suggestion for recruitment gaps identified to achieve business goals
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships (e.g. Hiring Manager) to understand forecasted talent needs and that business needs are being delivered in high quality and efficient manner
  • Responsible for relationship management with executive search companies including negotiation of framework agreements.
  • Drive process simplification and systems and tools refinement to ensure ams’ process remains complete, nimble, and creates the right experience for candidates, hiring managers, HR and recruiters across the globe
  • Assist in internal and external hiring events and other talent acquisition projects
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
  • Serve as an ams ambassadors, guardian of caliber, culture fit, diversity and candidate experience through the recruitment process

Your education and experiences

  • A recognized Degree in HR, BA or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Jobstreets, Job portal etc...)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
