Your tasks and responsibilities

  • • Build & establish Camera Modules & Systems Operations team • Align roles & responsibilities & RACI for collaboration with NPD/NPI Engineering, Quality, and Central Operations teams • Manage Camera module & System Qualification and Successful ramp up with Internal, External Suppliers; Review capacity build-up, equipment/materials delivery, monitor production ramp.
  • • Drive standardization and maturity of optical module manufacturing together w/ NPD, NPI. • Drive on time delivery, test time, UPH, Yield and COGS reviews & cost reductions • Establish regular reporting & reviews: projects, KPI (COGS, yield …) • Manage S&OP data, represent BL in S&OP meetings and manage capacity & loading
  • • Ensure alignment & quality of forecast with Marketing/Sales • Represent Operations in Corporate meetings and represent Business Line needs • Lead crisis management: critical RMAs, Line-Down situations, customer pull-ins • Project management of transfers & expansion (e.g. change site, chance of material, change FAB location, recipe version, …)
  • • Develop Cost reduction/ Product scaling roadmap for optical module manufacturing and execute on agreed strategy • Align & drive sourcing decisions with the sourcing board for all projects in accordance to roadmaps & capacity requirements. • Manage PE & Industrialization Engineering team

Your education and experiences

  • • University education in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Physics and other equivalent areas • Knowledge/Experience in Mass Production of IC Package, Modules and Systems • Project management education and/or experience • Good knowledge of quality management (FMEA, SPC, Reliability, FA) • Excellent communication & problem solving skills • Organizational, analytic and time management skills • Understanding and consideration of economic project context
  • • Experience in Camera Module/Systems Assembly is Preferred • Minimum 10 years of work experience in semiconductor or related industry
