Your tasks and responsibilities
- To be responsible for the preparation and consolidation on all the customer forecast and demand
- Review all orders and communicate any changes to “Terms and Conditions”, product pricing, special shipping instructions, configuration changes and quality requirements throughout the organization
- Process sale orders from customers through web-based system .
- Develop standards/specifications for quality, delivery time and lead-time for orders in order to ensure that the supply of the right products will meet anticipated demand.
Your education and experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years relevant customer service and shipping experience
- Job require skill in Chinese Speaking and Writing
