Your tasks and responsibilities

  • • First level support for employees enquiries through walk-in, phone calls, emails
  • • Manage issue resolutions process and follow-up, and escalate issues as required
  • • First point of contact for all regional HR processes and policies
  • • Provide feedback and analytics to HR Operations team to drive process improvements
  • • Support HR Operations team in projects, employee communication, process improvements plan

Your education and experiences

  • • Minimum qualification: Diploma with strong communication/influential/interpersonal skills
  • • Preferred qualification: combination of university degree and ideally with HR shared service center or employee helpdesk knowledge
  • • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential with multiple language fluency a significant advantage
  • • Customer service orientated, great personality, ability to handle confidential and sensitive data
  • • Excellent communication skill
  • • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills and the ability to perform assigned duties independently
  • • Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels and functions of the organization, and build trusting and credible relationships
