Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Leading the Supply Chain Planning Team in Austria and their teams in order to deliver company revenue target with executing build agreement
  • Build a competent Global Team with professional planning concept and skills to work independent while sharing learning to grow together
  • Ensure sufficient resources to secure commit project delivery, and success to mass production
  • Ensure proper levels of escalation and timely escalate issues
  • Align with relevant stakeholders from ams Operations, Global Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Lines Divisions and Sales & Marketing, or customers
  • Responsibility for the full supply plan (master plan)
  • Ensure the teams is ready to support and run simulations with different business assumptions depending on various circumstances
  • Make timely decisions in full alignment with key stakeholders supported by full risk & impact assessment
  • Participate in strategic meetings eg. sourcing, Supporting new flows and subsidiaries related to NPI, and (global) improvement / optimization initiatives
  • Provide network and detailed planning, analysis & verification
  • Ensure quality of planning relevant master data
  • Drive handling of exceptions (manual planning, prioritization management, team coordination)
  • Outline Revenue projection implications
  • Deploy aligned business target on timely matter, setup appropriate KPI to monitor progress
  • Facilitate subject and roadmap oriented discussions, encourage new ideas and have room for trial and errors
  • Contributing to Global SCM Roadmap and continuous Process Improvements

Your education and experiences

  • Academic degree or equivalent in Economics, Logistics or Engineering
  • At least 15 years solid experience in Supply Chain Planning or Integrated Business Planning Role in a multinational company, esp. planning manager experience is preferred
  • Ability to drive decisions in a complex multi-stakeholder environment. Strong personality is required eg. to ensure the best supply requirement signal is send to our manufacturing sites & the necessary improvements are achieved in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills & sLeadership competences
  • Ability to lead independently a global team
  • Strong analytical problem solver
  • Flexibility and fast react to changing business environment
  • Knowledge on corresponding IT-Systems is highly preferred (SAP-APO CTM, SAP-R/3)
  • Experience in leading multicultural teams; a Global & Team oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills (German, Chinese) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%, international)

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2019).
We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
