Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Grow business for China mobile key accounts including Huawei, OPPO, vivo and Xiaomi
  • Own Design-win pipeline and lead key design in activities, interact with sales teams, engineering and other functional teams across the company to influence customers
  • Identify product and solution offering gaps, actively mitigate all technical and commercial risks and win every possible socket with customers
  • Lead initiatives to develop strategic relationships with key accounts, such as joint lab, joint development, CTO level technical workshops etc.
  • Align forecast with sales team, Operations, and channel partners, identify and mitigate supply risks and avoid excess inventory
  • Define and develop customer specific demonstration kits to facilitate new technology and new product introduction, educate and influence customer
  • Working with the product definition and engineering teams to creating product promotional material, fighting guides, videos and other collaterals
  • Gather and consolidate market intelligence, market trends, customer needs, competitor moves and emerging disruptive technologies
  • Define product and promotion strategy, work with the rest of the team to align on new product ideas and ensure flawless execution
  • Create and present business cases for new products/projects coordinated with Product Definition, Engineering, Project Management and Executives
  • Participate in product Release To Market (RTM) process, including but not limited to sample schedule, documentation, EVM, SW, demo, PR and other Marcom plans
  • Ownership of pricing strategy, positioning, messaging including pricing execution (price lists, quoting, escalation approval/ negotiation, claims)

Your education and experiences

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineer or related field, Master degrees is a plus
  • Min. 7 years’ sales, marketing or engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Min. 2 years of recent experience working with China mobile customers
  • Knowledge on optical sensor, optoelectronics, mobile phone displays and mobile phone cameras will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in in English, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter, and self-sufficient in problem solving and accomplishing tasks
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, esp. PPT
