Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing full project life-cycle and ensuring global rollout and development of ams’ new global HRIS
  • Working within a matrix structure of corporate & regional HR and HR business partners
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and guarantee the successful execution and customization of defined HR business processes, map architecture of current HR IT ecosystem and oversee architecture and layout of the new HRIS solution
  • Create and deliver project documentation and drive project plan to ensure delivery on-time
  • Assist in building an over-arching change management plan including implementation and process adaption/training for end users
  • Ensuring the creation of end-user documents and training materials as well as end-user training
  • Coordination of all necessary meetings and communication to ensure project success

Your education and experiences

  • Master's degree in Business Management, HR, IT or equivalent work experience with 6 or more years of experience in project management, especially implementation of SaaS HR solutions
  • Proven ability to manage projects / processes independently from start to end (can-do mentality)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, SAP and “SF or WD” experience is advantageous
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English (German language is a plus)
  • Strong influencing skills, team player and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven, hands-on and confident to advise stakeholders on related matters in an international environment. A sense of urgency and strong work ethic that results in a quality work product
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and to remote teams, and work effectively in complex matrix structures
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in all aspects of HR
  • High-tech/Semiconductors experience is a plus
