Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Drives, manages and coordinates the ramp-up phase of product launches to ensure smooth ramp-ups of new products
  • Perform Industrial Strategy, Operations Entitlement, Sourcing for Division NPI
  • Close cooperation with engineering teams, quality, production, supply chain etc.
  • Ensures product, process and supply chain readiness to meet customer schedule
  • Identifies, addresses, solves or escalates issues that could jeopardize customer ramp-ups or running production
  • Ensures product release status fits to customer ramp-up plan (request and support for C-Sample release in time)
  • Responsible for customer C-Sample shipments (WIP management, material tracking, pushing, Waiver definition)
  • Recommends safe launch
  • Recommends production release for Mass Production
  • Prepare material and WIP for product handover to production planners after CSA
  • Define and set-up production part chain concept
  • Interface to engineering/sales/customer for operations related topics
  • Ensures production capacity and BOM is in place to support ramp-up and sustaining phase (align with production, subcons, etc)
  • Challenges project teams at C-Sample release phase (yield, UPH, production readiness,..)
  • Escalation/Crisis Management (critical supply situations, line-downs, etc.)
  • Supports product lifecycle management (PCNs, Transfers, EOL, etc.)

Your education and experiences

  • Technical University/University of applied science in electronics, telematics, physics or equivalent areas
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Pro-active and "can-do" attitude
  • High self-organizing skills and team player
  • Advanced English skills – spoken and written
  • Project management education and/or experience
  • Basic knowledge of integrated circuit development (Design, manufacturing, packaging, test)
  • Basic knowledge of quality management (FMEA, reliability)
  • Knowledge of IC design and development methodology is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in semiconductor or related industry
